Refund & Exchange Policy

Thank you for your purchase with Sunakhi.

As our company policy, all jewellery items cannot be returned or exchanged for health and hygiene reasons. All discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customer satisfaction is our main priority, and for that reason if you have changed your mind on any full priced clothing item(s), please inform us within 7 days, and we will exchange your purchase after reviewing request and determining that the item is unused, in original condition. Please contact us on [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. We do not offer refunds.

As we are a small business we ask that the return shipping cost is paid for by the customer and we advise tracked shipping to ensure the item(s) are not lost. Please return the item(s) in it’s original packaging, with no signs of wear and the tags still on to begin the process of exchange.

Faulty Items

In the rare case of receiving faulty items, please report this to us directly via email or telephone as soon as possible with pictures attached if possible to [email protected] or 07851157065. We aim to rectify the issue within 10 working days.

 

Please note:

Please be aware before placing an order that customers are advised to keep in mind that there may be some minor colour variation from photos and in real life on clothing or accessories. Although careful attention is placed on keeping the actual colour as accurate as possible through photographs, this can be very slightly distorted, due to a variety of technical reasons. A 10% variation in shade is considered normal.

Furthermore, garments with beads, sequins and other forms of embellishment must be aware that these can have a tendency to fall off, no matter how much care and attention is taken in handling these products. This cannot be avoided all together. Thank you
