As a small business, customer satisfaction is our main priority, and for that reason we ask you to check all outfits and jewellery prior to leaving.
In-Store Purchases
Customers are responsible for carefully checking the product before completing their purchase in-store.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind once the product has been purchased in person.
Online Purchases
If you purchase online without physically viewing the product, you are entitled to a return or exchange.
Requests for return or exchange must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags (if applicable) intact.
The customer is liable for return shipping costs and we advise tracked shipping to ensure the item(s) are not lost.
Non-Returnable Items
Customised, altered, or made-to-order pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items that have been WORN, USED, or DAMAGED after purchase are not eligible for return.
Faulty Items
Please inform us within 2 days if there are any defects, please provide photos and videos if possible and we will handle your request after reviewing and determining that the item is unused, in original condition.
Product Nature & Care
Indian wear is handcrafted with intricate embroidery, embellishments, and delicate beadwork. Due to the handmade nature of these garments, minor variations, loose threads, or occasional bead/stone fall-off are not considered defects.
We take the utmost care to ensure quality, but because of the delicate nature of these products, we cannot guarantee that embellishments will remain intact after purchase or after multiple wears. Proper care and gentle handling are recommended to maintain the beauty of your outfit.
Store credit is valid for 1 year from agreed date of exchange.
